I believe baby steps are the best strategy in overcoming an overwhelming problem. Good health is a process. There will be set-backs, but consistent movement forward is vital. It’s making the decision every day, that your health is your most important asset. It’s what allows you to best serve your family, friends, co-workers, and community.
